ACT! by Sage End User Training
One-Day Class
Course Level: Basic
Overview: ACT! by Sage End User Training is designed for the individual(s) who will be using the ACT! by Sage client application.
By actively participating in these classes, you will learn to:
- Enter and edit contacts
- View and find contacts
- Organize and sort contacts
- Enter notes and add attachments
- Produce reports and sales forecasts
- Schedule with Outlook
- Write memos and letters
- Use e-mail with ACT! by Sage
- Schedule and complete activities
- Manage groups and calendars
Student Requirements:
- Prior completion of a SalesLogix Systems Administrator class or 3 months experience as a SalesLogix Administrator
- Working knowledge of relational database theory and platforms
8 CPE Credits per day
Prerequisite for All Classes:
Socius requires that all persons attending End User training be familiar with Microsoft® Windows 95/98/Me or Windows NT/2000 and Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.x or greater.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit is available for ACT! by Sage Classroom Training
Socius is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
