Register by Fax or e-Mail
Fill out and fax our Socius Fax Registration Form.pdf to Jenny Lowry at (800) 649-6783. After the registration form has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation the same day. You can also e-mail your class request to: jlowry@socius1.com
Payment
Payment for classes is due seven days before the class date. We accept company checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the student must notify our office at least one week prior to the class in order to avoid the loss of full tuition. If the student needs to reschedule the class within one week, a $50 rescheduling fee will be assessed. If the student reschedules the class within 48 hours of the class, full tuition is lost.
