Did you know that there is a free, easy, and Microsoft developed way to integrate your Microsoft Dynamics GP data with your Microsoft Dynamics CRM data?
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics GP has been available at no cost to GP users with a current Enhancement plan as well as an active CRM Software Assurance Plan since October of last year.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics GP is intended to be used in an implementation where Microsoft Dynamics CRM is used to manage business contacts, track leads, enter sales orders, and perform other sales and marketing activities. And where Microsoft Dynamics GP is used to perform accounting functions, manage your company’s chart of accounts, and maintain customer, vendor, item, employee, and other records.
Not sure how this Adapter could benefit your organization? Read how Socius’ client, Divisions Inc., has integrated their Dynamics GP and CRM data to save thousands of hours annually, reduce risk and redundancy, and empower their employees to work more efficiently.
The Adapter is currently only available for Microsoft Dynamics GP version 10.0 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 4.0. It will also be available for the forthcoming release of GP 2010 (formerly known as GP 11.0) in May. An Adapter is also in the works for CRM integration with Microsoft Dynamics AX and will be available later this year.
