What is a Path Forward?

Socius provides a wide range of consulting services designed to help you succeed in business.  One of those services, called a Path Forward, is designed as a collaborative effort between Socius and your team for the purpose of strategic planning around your business goals and objectives.

What Can I Expect?

During the initial Path Forward meeting, we spend time in discussion with your key team members in order to gain an understanding of your business as it stands today.  We also seek to understand your company’s vision, where you see yourself in the next 2 – 5 years, and begin to gain some insight into the technologies that will support your planning.

What are the Outcomes from the Meeting?

When the initial discussion is complete, we document our findings as a ‘Path Forward’.  This working document provides a strategic planning roadmap.
