What is a Path Forward?

What Can I Expect?
During the initial Path Forward meeting, we spend time in discussion with your key team members in order to gain an understanding of your business as it stands today. We also seek to understand your company’s vision, where you see yourself in the next 2 – 5 years, and begin to gain some insight into the technologies that will support your planning.
What are the Outcomes from the Meeting?
When the initial discussion is complete, we document our findings as a ‘Path Forward’. This working document provides a strategic planning roadmap.
A Path Forward serves as a:

- Way to view future together
- Guide for our partnership and collaboration
- Means of focusing our time on those items and projects that are most important to your business
