Provide formal leadership to a team of consultants, develop project-level client relationships, and provide overall leadership and oversight of project delivery and project management in order to successfully implement designated products in small to mid-market sized businesses with a high level of client satisfaction.
• Identify additional up selling and cross selling opportunities for Socius
• Evaluate and provide formal and informal coaching and feedback to Team Members
• Ensure overall client satisfaction
• Prepare for and lead client meetings and facilitated strategy sessions
• Develop and manage project budget and scope
• Assist in recruiting process by qualifying candidates and promoting Socius
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather and understand client system requirements for software selections or custom application design
• Lead implementation and deployment of designated Microsoft Dynamics and other applications
• Integrate business processes and systems
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies
• Train end users to use new processes or technology
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing talent in a consulting environment
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Large consulting organization experience preferred
• 4-year degree in business, MIS, Accounting or equivalent; advanced degree a plus
• 5 years of consulting, management, or related experience
• Functional knowledge of one or more Dynamics packages (GP, SL, AX, NV, CRM)
• Deep functional knowledge of core business processes
• ERP Full Life Cycle Implementation experience
