Location: Dublin, Ohio; Cleveland, Ohio;Kansas City, Kansas

To successfully implement designated Microsoft Dynamics (GP, SL, AX) and/or Sage (MAS 90, 200, 500) and other related products in small to mid-market sized businesses with a high level of client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site consulting services for implementation projects in the areas of requirements gathering, business process review, application and workflow design, project management, configuration and testing, end-user training and ongoing support services
  • Perform ongoing support services to existing clients via email/phone support and on-site visits
  • Develop and continually refine ERP implementation standards and tools/documents
  • Utilize ERP implementation standards and tools/documents on the QA intranet site
  • Participate in project quality assurance process as appropriate
  • Provide sales support when needed:
    • Assist prospective companies in  their ERP technology assessment by obtaining information about their business strategies, processes, desired outcomes and critical success factors and evaluate technology tools to enable them to carry out their objectives
    • Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
    • Develop statement of work and scope documents
    • Participate in Microsoft Dynamics web presentations
    • Participate on  a team completing a Request for Proposal or Request for Quote
  • Participate in user group meetings as a presenter/subject matter expert resource
  • Assist in supporting Socius’ internal Dynamics GP system as requested
  • Perform mentoring and/or coaching to team members and share knowledge amongst all team members
  • Communicate with technical services team to ensure a project’s technical requirements are met
  • Document services rendered using Socius time and expense billing system and other project management templates
  • Meet productivity and efficiency standards (billable hours and realization rates)
  • Use internal systems and processes to maintain client relations and business operations
  • Maintain Socius core competencies:  client focus, knowledge and skills, driving results, communication, teamwork and relationships, personal excellence, business insight, leadership, coaching and developing others
  • Proactively participate in strategic “path forward” discussions/meetings with clients
  • Attain product certifications as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leader

Qualifications:

  • Strong ERP product knowledge with implementation experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a desire to succeed
  • Possess business consulting, project definition, estimating, sales and strategic and tactical planning skills for engagements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or information systems or equivalent
  • 2+ years ERP consulting experience
  • Possesses a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in-person
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft ERP application certification a plus
  • Microsoft Sharepoint and Business Intelligence experience a plus
  • Accounting experience a plus
