Learn How to Synchronize Picklists Between Entities in Dynamics CRM

What most people view as synchronizing picklists between entities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is actually leveraging Global Option Sets vs. Local Option Sets.

In today’s Turbo Charge Your CRM video, we’ll walk through an example of this functionality in the Sales entity of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  In this example, you’ll see how to add a new freight option to a Local Option Set (which requires you to add it 4 times – once for each of the 4 sales entities) and how to create a Global Option Set that you can add new freight options once and they will be applied to every sales entity.
