Socius provides support during normal business hours which are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, except during national holidays.
Support is billed based on the client hourly rate unless you are on a Socius Client Care Support plan. For questions or clarification, please contact your Socius Account Manager.
Socius Client Care Support is intended for current Socius clients.
