Complete the form to receive technical support from the trained and certified Socius consultants that know your unique business needs and systems.

Once you submit the form, the request will be processed by our Client Care department and you will receive a confirmation email. If you would like to attach a document to your support request, please send it directly to clientcare@socius1.com.

Socius provides support during normal business hours (8:30am EST to 5:30pm EST) Monday through Friday, except during national holidays, for all of our products. Support for Microsoft Dynamics GP is available from 8:30 am EST to 8:30 pm EST.

Support is billed based on the client hourly rate unless you are on a Socius Client Care Support plan. For questions or clarification, please contact your Socius Account Manager.
